BAKED. Uluwatu is a cafe in Uluwatu, Bali that sells almond croissants, seasonal fruit tarts, and sourdough pastries. Its breakfast menu includes honey toast and a salmon bagel, and it brews V60 coffee with Kintamani Bali beans. Orders are paid to staff at the time of ordering, and during meal hours it is better to line up and find a seat yourself. Service is slow.
