Monkey Forest

Monkey Forest sits in dense forest in Ubud, Bali, and is a tourist site where visitors see monkeys up close. The monkeys move freely through the forest, which also holds landscaped grounds and old trees. Arriving early on a weekday morning is quieter than around 10:30 a.m., and walking the whole loop takes about an hour. Use the motorbike parking lot next to the entrance, and do not carry bags or shopping bags in your hands because monkeys may grab at them and try to bite.
