Kubu Terrace Cooking Class

Kubu Terrace Cooking Class takes place among the rice terraces of Jatiluwih in Bali, where participants cook Balinese dishes using ingredients from an organic garden. They pick vegetables in the owner family's garden and prepare bumbu bali, the Balinese spice paste, along with other dishes. The day begins with a hotel pickup, followed by a walk through the UNESCO-protected rice fields to the family's home for the class. The course includes vehicle transfers and the walk along the paddy paths, and participants take the recipes home with them.
