Huangjia Xiangchang Sausage is a handmade sausage grill in Taipei that you reach by bus. The sweet and salty xiangchang are grilled to order and eaten with raw garlic. There is no seating inside, and you can eat the sausages with noodles at the gopchang (grilled intestines) noodle shop next door. The wait line was long even on a weekday early evening.
