Gukje Milmyeon

Gukje Milmyeon is a milmyeon restaurant near Soonchunhyang University's Asan campus that serves mul milmyeon and bibim milmyeon. The noodles are chewy and come with warm onyuksu broth. The restaurant draws a large crowd, and the onyuksu and mul kimchi are self-service. The mul milmyeon broth is distinctly sweet.
