Wadahei is a small eel restaurant in an Asakusa alley near Sensoji, serving unadon and hitsumabushi. The eel is grilled over charcoal, crisp outside and soft inside, and the hitsumabushi is eaten in three parts: plain, with condiments, and as ochazuke. Menus are available in Korean, English, and Chinese. Orders have taken 25 to 40 minutes to arrive, and only cash is accepted.
