Ushimitsu

Ushimitsu is a restaurant in Asakusa that serves beef rice bowls and nikumabushi. The wagyu nikumabushi comes with beef broth poured over it to finish as ochazuke. A guide to eating it is provided in four languages, and orders usually arrive in about 10 minutes. Portions are small by the standard of an adult man.
