Sushi Nohachi

Sushi Nohachi is a traditional Japanese sushi restaurant on the outskirts of Asakusa, serving sushi at a counter. The menu includes a special course, a Nigiri B set, and assorted sashimi, along with anago, tuna, and sea urchin sushi. The chef makes each piece in front of you and explains the fish and ingredients one by one using a translator, and also serves a miniature assorted sushi set as a service. Locals and regulars eat here alongside foreign visitors, who are handed a set menu.
