Edomae Unagi Kamameshi Edosawa Asakusa is a traditional Japanese eel restaurant near Asakusa Station that serves a set of unagi donburi and rolled omelette. For the eel kamameshi, diners scoop rice into a small bowl and pour dashi broth over it, and the eel is seasoned with a sauce that is neither very salty nor very sweet. The kamameshi set includes tsukemono and soup, along with a booklet explaining how to eat it written in English. Food can take a long time to arrive after ordering.
