Asakusa Menchi

Asakusa Menchi is a Japanese food shop selling menchi katsu in the area around Sensoji and Nakamise-dori in Asakusa. The standard menchi katsu contains pork and onion, is fried to order in a crisp coating, and releases juice when bitten. At 2:30 p.m. the queue held 8 people, and payment and pickup took 3 minutes. A small eating space and a vending machine sit on the left side of the shop.
