Kihu is a standing bar in Asakusa that serves Japanese sake and natural wine. It sits off Hisago-dori, set back from the street, and offers house-made nukazuke as a snack alongside rare sake and smoky highballs. The counter-only space is on the second floor, and it stays open until 5 a.m. Because it is a standing bar, it does not suit sitting for a long, slow drink.
