Barley Asakusa

Barley Asakusa is an old cocktail bar in Tokyo that serves Japanese whisky and cocktails, set slightly off Asakusa's main street. There is no menu; you state a base spirit and preferences such as sweetness or sourness, and the bartender makes a custom cocktail. The bartender has run the place for over 30 years and also makes classic cocktails such as the martini and the Manhattan. Payment is cash only.
