Menkyudan

Menkyudan is a Japanese ramen shop in Pyeongchon, Anyang, serving shio ramen and shoyu ramen. It also offers dashimatsukemen and miso chashu don, and the shio ramen has a clear, weighty broth with a chicken aroma. The shop limits service to 120 bowls, and on a weekday one order placed at 6 p.m. was followed by two more parties before the ingredients ran out and it closed. The ramen portions are not generous.
