Jung Eomri Saemul sits beside the Aewol coastal road on Jeju, where a spring that once supplied drinking water meets the shore rocks. In 1930 the rock was blasted and a breakwater was built, and the site now shows both the blue sea and the volcanic rock. Park at the free lot and walk the Olle Trail Course 16 along the cliff-top path to the Gueom Port salt fields, about 2 km round trip. Below the breakwater, the shallow water is a place where children can put their feet in.
