Harukas 300

Harukas 300 is an indoor observation deck connected to Tennoji Station in Osaka, looking down over the city. From the 60th floor you can take in the night view, and at the west-facing windows on the 58th floor you can sit in a restaurant and eat while watching the sunset. Buying tickets in advance is better, and because the deck is indoors, the weather has little effect on a visit. Around sunset, people crowd the west observation windows, making it hard to take photos.
