Upper East Bakery Cafe is a pastry bakery cafe in the middle of Jeonpo Cafe Street in Jeonpo, Busan, selling croissants, kouign-amann and tarts. The Dubai tart contains kadaif and pistachio paste, and the egg tart has a crisp tart shell with a creamy vanilla-scented filling. There is a second-floor terrace and pets are allowed, the bread is made in-store, and takeout is neat. Popular breads sell out if you go late.
