Yongkang Beef Noodles

Yongkang Woo Yuk Mian is a Chinese noodle shop in Yongkang Street in Dongmen, Taipei, serving beef noodles and dan dan noodles. Its signature beef noodle uses thin, flat fresh noodles with beef and tendon, and the mild version comes in a clear broth like galbitang. The small size is generous enough that you are full even after adding dumplings, and side dishes are taken self-serve. The broth is heavily seasoned, and the saltiness builds as you eat until you look for water.
