Latelier Lutherus is a bakery in Taipei that sells scallion nougat crackers. The scallion nougat crackers are not overly sweet and have a chewy texture, and they are best eaten warm right after they are made. On Saturday at 11 a.m., about 30 people were in line, but orders are received immediately, so the wait was about 15 minutes. The seating area inside the store is closed, so only takeout is available.
