Seouljib

Seouljip is a meat restaurant in Sillim-dong, Gwanak-gu, Seoul, that grills thinly sliced beef belly. The beef belly is marinated in a soy-based sauce and cooks quickly on a smooth griddle. It is served with pressure-cooked rice and doenjang jjigae, and the beef belly can also be placed on top of the rice. The menu has only beef, so eating a lot of it becomes heavy.
