Asakusa Tsurujiro is a monjayaki restaurant in Asakusa where monjayaki and okonomiyaki are cooked on a griddle. The signature dishes are special monjayaki and mentaiko cheese okonomiyaki, and the monjayaki is cooked until it sticks to the griddle. Staff help cook the monjayaki or cook it for you, and you can watch the okonomiyaki being made right in front of you. Monjayaki is saltier than okonomiyaki.
