Tsune Sushi

Tsune Sushi is an old Edomae sushi shop in an alley near Sensoji in Asakusa. It serves tokujo sushi and tuna, uni, and anago, continuing the old Tokyo style of sushi made with fresh fish. The shop opens at 11:30 AM, and at the counter you can watch a third-generation open kitchen form the sushi. It takes cash only, has a Japanese-language menu, and the wait after ordering can run about 40 minutes.
