Torishō

Tori Sho is a small yakitori and chicken restaurant in Asakusa, Tokyo, serving cuts that include rare parts. It grills bailever teki and hatsuteki and soft tsukune, and finishes with chicken soup. The counter-centered space fills up quickly in the evening. Reservations are required before visiting.
