Sushi MIYAKO Shinjuku is a sushi restaurant in the basement of the Shinjuku Hilton Hotel. Its omakase uses seasonal fish with red vinegar shari and is served alongside wagyu tataki. The white wood counter seats nine, and private rooms are also available. Being in the hotel basement, it can take time to find on a first visit.
