Ichikatsu Asakusabashiten is a tonkatsu restaurant in Asakusabashi, Tokyo, serving rosu katsu, hire katsu, and fried shrimp, sardine, and oyster. The rosu katsu has a crisp exterior and a moist interior, and comes with rice, clam miso soup, cabbage, and mustard. On the first floor, customers at the counter can watch the katsu being fried. The restaurant accepts cash only and does not take cards.
