Hitotsunagi

Hitotsunagi is a small yakitori restaurant under the overpass at Asakusabashi Station in Tokyo, serving chicken skewers and alcohol. It offers a five- or seven-item chef's omakase, crab miso grilled onigiri, and grilled avocado, and the skewers are already seasoned so no separate sauce is needed. Skewers are grilled one at a time and served as ordered, and sake is poured until the glass overflows. The space holds only eight seats, so it is difficult for larger groups to enter together.
