Noboribetsu Bear Park

Noboribetsu Bear Park is reached by cable car from Noboribetsu and has enclosures for bear cubs, female bears, and male bears, along with ducks and chipmunks. Visitors can buy bear food from a vending machine and throw it to the bears, and the park holds bear shows and races involving five ducks at set times. A full visit takes about one and a half hours and includes a bear exhibition and an Ainu cultural space. The park also has a bear taxidermy display, which is uncomfortable.
