Pau

Pau is a fusion restaurant on Panglao Island Circumferential Rd in Bohol that serves mango chicken, jjambbong pasta, and seafood fried rice. The mango chicken comes coated in a sweet-and-sour sauce, and the jjambbong pasta is made with pasta noodles in a seafood broth. The seafood fried rice contains large shrimp and is stir-fried in a Korean style so the rice stays separate. Food can take about 40 minutes to arrive after ordering.
