TONPUS

TONPUS is a yakitori restaurant in Naha, Okinawa, near the Hyatt Regency Naha and not far from Kokusai Street. It grills Okinawan-raised chicken over charcoal to order with local salt, and serves skewers of chicken neck, chicken liver, and gizzard along with Orion draft beer. The QR ordering screen has Korean translations, and the owner responds in simple Korean and English. The counter seats about six people, and because the shop is small, parties of five or more are split up.
