Minosaku

Minosaku Soba is a soba restaurant in Okinawa that serves buckwheat soba, udon, and fried items. Its noodles use a high proportion of buckwheat, and the thin, crisp fried items are the combination the restaurant is known for. Soba and udon can be ordered together with fried items and inari sushi. The buckwheat noodles break apart easily and are cooked well.
