Kushiyaki Adan

Kushiyaki Adan is an izakaya near Asato Station in Naha, Okinawa, serving skewers of grilled meat and vegetables. At the counter, diners pick items such as sweet potato and samgyeopsal rolls or shiitake mushroom rolls, place them on a plate, and hand the plate over to be grilled. Arriving without a reservation means the seats fill up quickly even right after the 18:00 opening, and the chosen skewers take about 10 minutes to grill. Ventilation is weak, so the smell of oil stays on your clothes.
