TAKAHARA COFFEE ROASTERY is a roastery cafe on the second floor behind a hotel in central Naha. It serves today's coffee and a hand-drip latte, and iced drinks use coffee brewed in advance. Guests climb a stone staircase lined with trees to reach the second floor, and the cafe opens at 9 a.m. Seating is limited, so customers can drink standing.
