Jeojeo is an Asian fusion restaurant in Seoul that serves dwaeji gukbap, pork pho, and suyuk. The gukbap and pho share the same broth, and pork jowl suyuk comes with them. The broth is paired with aromatic herbs such as minari and cilantro, and the suyuk is eaten with seasoned vegetables. The suyuk is the part of the meal people seek out most, more than the gukbap or pho.
