Yunseul

Yunseul serves a Korean course centered on shabu-shabu on the first floor of Grand Central at Seoul Station. The set includes minari gonijeon, yukjeon, and suji muchim, followed by kalguksu and gondre juk. Every table is private, the ceilings are high, and the space opens up through full-length windows. Window seats are booked first come, first served, and the bokkeum bap is served in an individual ttukbaegi.
