Mori

Mori is an izakaya in Gijang, Busan, serving aged hoe and sushi. The tuna hoe set comes with a seaweed soup with a rich broth, and the menu also includes Nagasaki champon. The owner studied in Japan, and the couple who run the place have kept it going for a long time; corkage is allowed. The portion of tuna is on the small side.
