Kanekoya Kichijoji

Kanekoya Kichijoji in Kichijoji, Tokyo, is a tendon restaurant. It serves anago tendon, which comes with a whole conger eel on top, and mushroom tendon, and some versions are soaked in sauce and soft. The dining space is on the second floor, while the first floor is for tempura only, so orders are taken during a wait. The stairs are steep and numerous, and the seats are packed close together.
