Ibuki Udon Kichijoji

Ibuki Udon Kichijoji is a small shop near Kichijoji Station that serves udon in anchovy broth. The chewy noodles vary in thickness, and you pour the anchovy broth over them and add anchovy stir-fry or fried anchovies yourself. You buy a meal ticket from a kiosk and hand it over, and the food comes out quickly; there are times after 3:30 p.m. and after 8:30 p.m. when there is no wait. The shop is small, so it is inconvenient if you have a lot of luggage.
